Very courteous staff. Tiptop clean hotel in perfect location. Small but nice!

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, the rooms were of a high standard and the whole house was of a comfortable standard.

Insufficient noise isolation: Woken up at 3.30am by very loud music from flat across the wall! over an hour until resolved

The hotel is fairly clean, with incredible personal, and offers great and stunning location really close to the metro and 2 metro stations. Make sure you stay in the double room with lovely ac.

Staying here, we were centrally located, just a stroll away from the fine Opera Garnier and tons of shops. Our room was fabulous-super comfy with a great shower. And our non-service dog with us.

My kids wished for more English TV options for entertainment.

We stayed in a lovely junior suite and really enjoyed the Nespresso available in our room. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a day out, and the breakfast spread was quite satisfying. If I'm being picky, a little more fresh fruit at breakfast would have been a nice touch 😊

This hotel surprised me with its charming atmosphere and attentive staff. The central location made it easy to explore key attractions, although the room cleanliness could be improved. I appreciated the spaciousness, but dealing with the front desk key policy felt a bit inconvenient.

Just an appropriate option for a brief visit in Paris with excellent value for money. The shower was like a walk in the rainforest. Make sure to explore nearby dining options for great meals.

I was blown away by the cute vibe right. The cozy lobby with complimentary pastries. The spacious Junior Suite was a perfect retreat, with a Nespresso machine and a rainfall shower that was just like luxury every day.

The hotel's lovely lobby was beautifully decorated. The staff were kind, assisting me with my luggage and providing local dining recommendations. My room was clean and very comfortable.

The location was fantastic, right near major sights and metro stations. The staff were helpful and attentive. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, perfect for an early morning boost. My room had a cozy seating area, great. The room size was a bit cramped, and I found the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. At times, it felt stuffy inside due to the lack of fresh air. I also noticed the soundproofing could be improved. I heard some noise from the rooms above at night. The breakfast options could be better, as the cost for a simple pastry and coffee felt a bit steep for what was offered. I appreciated the ambiance and staff but had mixed feelings about the room size and breakfast prices.
